• Enquiries. When you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, address or postcode and a description of the work you need.
• Quote form. The quote form on our contact page does not send your details to our website. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you choose whether to send. Anything you send is then handled through WhatsApp.
• Project information. If you become a customer we hold the information needed to quote, carry out and invoice the work, including site address, measurements, photographs, quotations and payment records.
• Technical data. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How and why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide quotations (taking steps at your request before entering into a contract).
• To carry out and manage work and to invoice you (performing our contract with you).
• To keep records required by law, such as accounting and insurance records (legal obligation).
• To keep our website secure and working properly (our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Who we share it with

We only share personal information where needed to deliver your project or meet legal duties, for example with suppliers, subcontractors working on your property, building control, structural engineers, and our accountants. Anyone we share it with must keep it secure and use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Project and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years.
